I am taking this course because I love the outdoors and here I can actually earn needed graduate credit being in NATURE.

I love being a teacher, I am now going into my 7th year. What job allows you to get thank that are actually meaningful not monetary but are smiles from faces when they learn something. Also getting summers off to unwind has its perks.
What are your professional goals in teaching?
To allow all my students to experience and learn in a safe fun environment.
Do you think you will make a career in teaching?
At present I am making a career in teaching. I am having a great time doing what I do.
What are your goals for this course and this week with us in the ADKs? To further my awareness of Gardner's Naturalist intelligence. I hope to get inspired to create lessons to bring back to my classroom for 2010 -2011 school year.
